Mariah Carey, Elephants, and Pyramid Schemes: Social Media Roundup

We couldn’t wrap up 2022 without doing one last roundup of recent posts that we’ve loved. From dog posts to daily motivation, this list has it all! Scroll for more 👇🏾

Instagram: Peloton

Any fellow Peloton fam out there? Our boo Cody Rigsby always knows exactly what to say. Watch the Reel here to get the full dose of motivation. PS: DYK Instagram video posts are more than 2x more likely to generate engagement than image posts.

Instagram: Doug the Pug

What can we say – we love dog content. Doug the Pug had the fall vibes down. But how did they get him to keep sunglasses on?!

Wait, was it clear that I LOVE PELOTON? The queen of Christmas Mariah Carey has spoken – and kicked off the holiday season with a special Peloton collab. Nothing gets us more excited for Christmas than hearing those first couple of notes of “All I Want for Christmas is You.”

TikTok: @itscaitlinhello

This one was just too real! It’s always “not a pyramid scheme”… until it is. Raise your hand if you’ve been personally victimized by a pyramid scheme. (RIP LuLaRoe)

LinkedIn: Liz Ryan

Liz Ryan is one of our favorite people to follow on LinkedIn, so it’s no surprise that one of her posts made the list. Liz offers great career advice and workplace tips and we’re here for it. All we have to say about leaving a toxic work environment is to know your worth. 👏🏼👏🏼

LinkedIn: The Marketing Millenials

Who said LinkedIn isn’t for memes? Also, as self-proclaimed “data nerds”….we love an A/B test moment! It’s a great way to test different messaging for your audience — like an email subject line or different photos.

Facebook: UN Women

UN Women is an amazing organization that works toward gender equality and the empowerment of women. (Something we’re passionate about here at WHIP.) They recently created this beautiful campaign to push for an end to violence against women. One of our favorite things about social media is being able to use it for good.

Facebook: Porchlight Wellness

When we need healing content, we always head over to Porchlight Wellness. The founder, Halli, inspires us every day. You can hear her story of finding healing and how she’s now helping others find healing after trauma and sexual violence on the PAVE podcast.

Twitter: The National Zoo

Are we members of the Smithsonian National Zoo? Yes. Is trick-or-treating with animals one of the cutest things we’ve seen on Twitter? Also yes.

Twitter: WeRateDogs

Twitter is in the news for *all* the wrong reasons, but this is the right one. We can’t say no to Cooper. 🐶 I MEAN.
